Spiritual Direction is a spiritual discipline that goes back to the early church. It is a space for you to give voice to the movements of God you notice happening in and around you, while the director listens to you and the Spirit. As a Spiritual Director, there is quite literally nothing that brings me more joy than to journey alongside my brothers and sisters, noticing and celebrating God’s transforming work in their lives.

When you book an appointment you can expect to experience a prayerful encounter with God alongside a spiritual companion (that’s me).
