CO-FOUNDER

Erin Richer is a writer, speaker, and storyteller.

Recognizing herself as a small character in an eternal story written by a trustworthy Author, Erin loves to retell the stories into which she’s been written as a relatable way for others to see themselves as valuable characters within the same infinite story. 

Life with Erin is exciting and unpredictable and full of twists and turns; keeping up with her wild ideas is a big job for Kelly and Anneke. Here at Dive Collective, in addition to her big ideas, Erin leads others through the Sacred story told through Scripture alongside Anneke Toliver. 

Erin is a Navy wife, mother of three children, and certified Spiritual Director. She currently resides in Oceanside, California. Erin has a B.A. from The George Washington University, an M.S. from Fuller Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership and Spiritual Formation from Portland Seminary.

CO-FOUNDER

Anneke Toliver is a bibliophile and a lover of truth and beauty (and excellent food—with sauce. Always with sauce). 

She’s a student of Scripture and brings an intellectual approach to the community table. She’s the editor. She works with Erin and Kelly to create content for Dive Collective, and in addition to facilitating discussions, she keeps a tight reign on accuracy around here while still enjoying and encouraging the liberty to explore, wander, and wonder through the pages of Scripture. 

Anneke is a Navy chaplain’s wife and mother to four active kids. She has a B.A. in Counseling and Theology from Northland International University and is pursuing an M.A. in English from Arizona State University. She currently resides in Oceanside, California.

CO-FOUNDER

Kelly Moroshan is a Graphic Designer with a passion for serving others.

She works with Erin and Anneke to manage content and communication for Dive Collective and believes that small things make a big difference. She puts value in cultivating environments that encourage creativity, opportunity, and community.

Kelly is a Navy wife and mother to an active toddler. She received her B.A. from Northwest Nazarene University and currently resides in San Diego, California.

BOARD MEMBER

Wesley Kouba is a passionate and compassionate lover of people. He is an avid duck hunter and, other than ten years in Virginia Beach during seminary and early marriage, has spent his life in the northern Midwest. He cares deeply for the souls of others and loves nothing more than to see individuals know Jesus deeply.

He’s married to Katie (who also volunteers with Dive Collective from time to time), and together they have three delightful children. Wesley has a B.A. in Youth Ministries from Northland International University and an M.Div. in Theology and Biblical Languages from Virginia Beach Theological Seminary. He is the lead pastor of Lakeside Church in Worthington, MN.
